Careers

Good work, and people who stay.

A family business in West Michigan since 1922, across two showrooms, two block plants and a service crew that looks after what it installs.

Who works here

Small crews, long tenures.

Between them the crews here carry more than a hundred years of experience, and both are small enough that you would know everyone by the end of your first week.

In their own words: "The heart of our operation is our people. In our sales staff, manufacturing personnel to our licensed fireplace technicians and delivery team, you will find longevity, experience, and customer knowledge unlike any other company in our industry in Michigan. We are mentoring the next generation of employees."

Fireplace technicians here hold NFI and CSIA certifications, which the company trains for and maintains.

Stone and hardscapes

Delivery

Getting block, stone and brick onto job sites across West Michigan, often working directly with the masons who will lay it.

Masonry supply counter

The trade counter on site, serving masons, builders and homeowners doing their own work.

What they say about it

Their own words, not ours.

We spend time, money, and training around safety because we value the gift of life and each team member. Not profit, not production, nor progress because our people are what is most important. If we're not keeping our team safe, then it's not worth doing.

Safety

Our Words = Our Actions. We are humble in how we approach problems. We are honest in what we say and do, every day.

Integrity

To make a positive difference in the lives of people. For our team and their families to be their best selves, for our customers and suppliers to find win/win solutions, and for our community to be the best place to live.
