Great selection of Gas Inserts Fireplaces by Kozy Heat. Jan (Jon) Olsen Sales and customer service staff were great to work with. Fireplaces inspection and install was seamless including covering of floors during the installation process. Installers were professional with product knowledge.

Sam Conklin came and inspected our two fireplaces. He was very professional and placed tarps down, showed us with a camera up our fireplace what was deteriorating and explained in detail that we could understand. Thank you for serving our needs in a timely manner.

Sam Conklin and Kirk came to my place on Friday to fix my gas fireplace. They knew what was wrong. They had the part on their truck. They did a thorough inspection of the fireplace in question and inspected and clean the glass on my second unit also. Very courteous. Answered my questions and taught me a thing or two about caring for these fireplaces. Great job.

Sam came out to service my gas fireplace and I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and expertise, providing excellent instruction on how to utilize my gas fireplace, and getting it in great working order. It’s even set up now with a remote to easily turn on and off! It’s rare this day and age to see someone that is truly an expert in their field and one that takes such pride in the work they do. DIYer here to say Vanderwall was an incredible supplier to work with for the stone veneer, mortar and hearthstone I needed to reface our fireplace. Ken was my first point of contact and helped the process of finding the right stone. He’s supportive answering questions and pointing out potential problem points and not just in it for the sale. I believe they supplied me with even more stone than I ordered just to ensure I had enough of the right pieces to fill out the space. Mark helped me with the custom sized hearthstone and made that part a breeze for me. Kyle (along with Ken) was also a great help in what additional supplies may be required for the job, and helpful tips on mortaring which I’d never done before. Thanks guys you da best!!
Technician arrived on time, very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed our fireplace, quickly. Sam explained everything throughly to he was doing and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
After doing extensive research on at least 4 area fireplace companies, we decided to go with Vanderwall. We replaced an existing old fireplace with a new Nordik 41DV gas fireplace. Everyone I worked with at Vanderwall (Mark, Kyle, Andrea, Nate, and Sam) were knowledgeable, professional, skilled, and great to work with. I would highly recommend Vanderwall for any fireplace sales and service needs that you have.

We went in looking for a gas insert for our smaller wood burning fireplace. It’s an older house and needs something appropriate for its age. We LOVE our new Dimplex XL50 fireplace which we purchased at Heritage Fireplace. Mark was especially helpful and knowledgeable upon directing us to the fireplace that would suit our needs.
